Happy Valentine's day! Here are some little snippets of the day at my house (L : gritty photo-- Fruit & Flowers tea stewing, M- Roses from Pete, R: Angel Food Cake -- served last night @ dinner with strawberries & whipped cream - yum!)

Those roses are beautiful! My favorite is bunches like that of many colors.
Might you share the recipe for the tea? I am on a mission to try as many kinds and varieties as I can in my newfound love of tea! - And that one sounds really interesting!

Hey Jennifer! I would love to share the recipe for the tea... except I have no clue as to what it is! We got the tea as a souvenier from China... It contains dried flower buds (roses?) and a multitude of pieces of dried fruit. I think--some mango, persimmons, and some other things. The tea is very sweet-- and wonderful. It does not contain tea leaves... We bought it at a tea house, and I tried to find it online... and have not been able to locate it!

The tea IS good! I wish I could find something similar online! I guess thats the downfall of consuming your souvenier!
